McMAHON (Scardenmore, Strandhill Road, Sligo and formerly of Gragernagh, Ballybay, Co. Monaghan) - March 5, 2006, (peacefully), in the kind and attentive care of the staff at the Alzheimer Unit, St. John's Hospital, Sligo, Philip, (ex Garda Superintendant), dearly beloved husband of Vera (née Clifford), and adored father and friend of Kate (Bree), David, Olive (O'Driscoll), Dervilla, Philip, Orla (Barry), Thomas and Terence; sadly missed by his loving wife and family, brothers Thomas and Michael, sisters Kathleen and Sr. Margaret, sisters-in-law Olive Pearson, Joan Clifford and Una Clifford, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, neighbours, colleagues and many friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at Feehily's Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo, from 5.30 o'clock today (Monday). Removal at 7 o'clock to Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Ransboro arriving at 7.30 o'clock Funeral after 11 o'clock Mass of the Resurrection tomorrow (Tuesday) to St. Patrick's Cemetery, Scarden. House Private. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to Patient Comfort Fund, Alzheimer Unit, St. John's Hospital, Sligo, c/o Feehily's Funeral Home, Sligo.
