O'TOOLE (Augustine Court, Galway) and formerly (lettermore, Co. Galway) - March 3rd 2006. Peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of St.Brendans Hospital, Loughrey. Dr.Jack beloved husband of the late Mary and much loved father of Marie, Ronan, Emer, Killian and Maeve. Sadly missed by his children, sons and daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, grandchildren, relatives and many friends. Funeral after 2.00 o'clockockmass today Monday in the Church of St.John the Apostle, Knocknacarragh to Rahoon Cemetery.Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dilis.
