PLUMMER (Rathfarnam, Dublin) - The family of the late Kathleen Plummer (R.I.P) would like to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their sad loss. All those who attended the Removal and Funeral Mass, those who sent Mass Cards and letters of sympathy. A special word of thanks to Fr. Joseph Hanlon and Fr. Tony O'Shaughnessy who celebrated the Mass. A note of appreciation to the Palliative Home Care Unit, North 1 Team of Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross. We are sincerely thankful to the medical and nursing staff of the Stroke Unit, Our Lady's Ward, St. Vincent's Hospital, Elm Park who cared for our mother ensuring her comfort and dignity in the final weeks of her life. We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our deepest gratitude to everyone. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
