BURKE (Fr Aidan) (Retired Parish Priest of Rathmines) - February 14, 2007, (peacefully) at St Vincent's University Hospital, much loved by his brothers Kevin and the late Bertie, sisters-in-law Helen and Sheila, nephews Greg and Peter, nieces Lynn, Susan and the late Jennifer, Katie and Sara and their partners, grandnephews and grandnieces; deeply regretted by his Grace Archbishop Diarmuid Martin, his great friend Fr Jim Caffrey, his classmates, the priests of the Archdiocese of Dublin, his parishioners, wide circle of good friends and the Little Sisters of the Poor, Roebuck Road, Dublin where he was cared for so well during the last years of his life. Removal this (Friday) afternoon to Church of Our Lady Refuge of Sinners, Rathmines arriving at 4.30 o'clock Funeral Mass at 10 o'clock tomorrow (Saturday) followed by burial at Dean's Grange Cemetery.
