HAYES (Ballintotty House, Nenagh) - December 21, 2006, (peacefully) surrounded by his family, in the loving care of Ashlawn Nursing Home, John (Jack), beloved husband of Frances for 51 years and loving father of George, Norman, Mervyn, Brian, Robert, Alice, Joy, Keith and Roy; he will be sadly missed by his family, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, 22 grandchildren, sisters, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. Removal from Ryan's Funeral Home tomorrow (Saturday) evening at 6.30 o'clock to arrive at St Mary's Church at 7 o'clock Funeral Service on Sunday at 1 o'clock Burial afterwards in Ballymackey Church grounds. No flowers please, donations if desired to the Irish Alzheimer Society and Church Organ Fund."The day thou gave us Lord is ended"
