DEMPSEY Brenda (née Garde) (Stillorgan), 65 years. Died February 24, 2010 - The family of Brenda would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised, supported us and travelled great distances to be with us during our very difficult time. The family would like to especially thank Brenda's family doctor, Dr Conor O'Toole, Dr Fennelly, the nurses in the Oncology Department of St Vincent's Private Hospital and the staff of The Cedar Ward. In particular a very special thanks for the wonderful and sensitive care given to Brenda during the latter stages of her long illness, by the doctors, nurses and care staff at the Blackrock Hospice. To the care staff at Stillorgan Health centre, whose gentleness will not be forgotten. A special mention for Fr Tony and Fr Drumgoole for their help in easing our pain. Thanks also to John, Joe, Marianne and Tony for the beautiful music and to Paul for his touching words describing a gentle woman. "Miss me a little, but let me go".
