McCARTHY (Sheila) (SRN) (Scholarstown, Dublin and formerly of Cappamore, Co. Limerick) - July 31, 2005, at the Mater Private Hospital, following a brief illness, in the wonderful care of the staff of the Oncology Unit, St Benedict's Ward; deeply regretted by her sisters Betty and Anne, brothers Pat and Bernard, sisters-in-law Teresa and Marie, brother-in-law Pearse, her many adored nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews and a wide circle of loyal and supportive friends. Removal this (Monday) evening to St Colmcille's Church, Knocklyon, arriving at 5 o'clock Requiem Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) at 11 o'clock, followed by private cremation. No flowers by request; donations in lieu to Cancer Research. Interment of ashes in Towerhill, Cappamore following a celebratory Month's Mind Mass in St Michael's Church, Cappamore at a date to be arranged.
