SANSOM (Keith) (Died May 19, 2004) - Today is the anniversary of Keith's "second birthday", a day of which he was justly proud. We thank Keith's donors and their families for the gift of those extra precious years. Sheila, Andrew and Eleanor wish to express their gratitude to all those who sympathised with them on the loss of their much loved husband and Dad. We thank those who attended the funeral Mass, sent cards or letters of sympathy. We particularly want to thank those who contributed to The National Liver Transplant Unit, especially Keith's colleagues at Dundalk Institute of Technology. A special word of thanks to the doctors and nurses of St. Brigid's Ward, St. Vincent's Hospital for their attention to Keith over the years. We thank Rosemary and her father of McGeough's Funeral Ltd. for arranging the funeral in a caring and dignified way. Lastly, we thank our wonderful families and friends for their continued kindness and support. We are a celebration of the love that Keith gave to us and of the life that he shared with us.
