O'SULLIVAN (Thomas P.) (Toss) (New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare) - Toss's wife Sheila, children Marcella, Tom, Rosaleen and John would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss. A special thanks to Dr Eugene Casey, the staff of Ennis General Hospital and Cahercalla Community Hospital for looking after his medical needs.
