DOUGLAS (née Malcolm) Hazel - September 8, 2009 (peacefully), at Bloomfield, Rathfarnham, in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late J. Harold Douglas; darling mother of Gay, Averil and Malcolm; much loved grandmother of Shane, Marc, Aimee, David and Clara, and great-grandmother of Finn, Maya and Luca. A Service of Thanksgiving for her life will be held tomorrow (Saturday September 12) at 11 a.m. at St Brigid's Parish Church, Stillorgan, followed by burial at Temple Hill Quaker Cemetery, Blackrock.
