MACKEN (Carmel) (Donnybrook) (Died September 19, 2005) - In loving memory of Carmel on this the First Anniversary of her death. Carmel's family wish to thank sincerely all those who sympathised with them and those who attended the removal, funeral and Mass; all who sent Mass Cards, sympathetic messages, phone calls and personal condolences. We especially would like to thank Fr Declan Gallagher and Fr Patrick Carroll P.P. of the Sacred Heart Church, Donnybrook for their pastoral support and celebration of funeral Services. We thank the medical and nursing staff of Blackrock Clinic, St Joseph's Centre, Shankill and Loughlinstown Hospital for their kind and tender care of Carmel. Mass will be offered as a token of our appreciation.
