O'FARRELL (Jim) (Died August 19, 2005) - On the First Anniversary of Jim's death, we his family wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who offered sympathy, love and support at his passing. We took great comfort from your presence at the removal and funeral, and your letters and phone calls that truly spoke from your hearts. We thank Fr Enda Lloyd, Fr Jim Furlong and Fr Michael O'Connor, the Vedres Quartet and the choir for their special contribution to the Requiem Mass and burial. We will never forget the kindness of our friends and neighbours who supported us through those initial dark days and continue to do so, along with our extended families. To those who organised and sponsored the Jim O'Farrell Golf Classic in aid of the Aisling Project for the Forgotten Irish in London and raised in excess of [PO]10,000, together with those who donated so generously to the charity at the funeral, we can only convey our gratitude that in Jim's passing you have provided comfort to others far from home. His First Anniversary Mass will be held at the Holy Rosary Church, Greystones at 12.15 o'clock on Sunday, August 20."Shared lives and shared memories
