ASSAF Chief H. Antonio (Tony) Elias - The S'Obaloju of Ijebu Owo, Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice. Died suddenly and unexpectedly in Lagos, Nigeria on Wednesday November 28, 2007. Deeply regretted and to the shock and inexpressible grief of his family, Lottie and their children Antoinette, Tony, Cha Cha and their partners, Michael and his wife Mary Beth; his grandchildren, Dani, Nicholas, Kristopher, Alexandra, Savana, Gabrielle, Alexander, Andrew and Anthony. His brothers Richard and Elias, his sister Carolyn, his sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. In accordance with his greatest wish and desire he was buried next to his father (and grandparents) in Lagos, Nigeria, his home and the land of his birth on December 6, 2007. A Memorial Mass will be held in his honour at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook tomorrow (Tuesday, December 11) at 6pm.
