CULLEN (Tom) (Dublin) - On this, the occasion of the first anniversary of Tom's death, we, his wife Bernie, sons Declan, Ronan and Conor, daughter Deirdre and our families, would like to express our gratitude for the wonderful support we received from all our friends during that time. We would like to thank all who cared for him during his illness - the doctors, nurses and carers who looked after him in St Vincent's and the wonderful care team who helped Tom to spend his last months at home with his family. Thanks also to Fr Pat Carroll of Donnybrook Church for his help and care and to him and his colleagues for a wonderful Mass. As it is impossible to thank individually all who attended his removal and funeral Mass we now take this opportunity of doing so. Mass will be offered for your intentions.
