SPAIN (Thurles, Co. Tipperary) - The family of the late Dr Niall Spain wish to thank most sincerely those who attended the removal and funeral Services and those who sent floral tributes, letters of sympathy and Mass cards. Sincere thanks to his colleagues and especially to Dr Bernard Walsh, Dr Joan Murphy and Dr Mary Ryan. We are very grateful to nurses Eileen Brennan and Ann Spain, and to the matron and staff of St Theresa's Nursing Home, Thurles, Nenagh Hospital, Aut Even, Kilkenny and St James' Hospital, Dublin. Sincere thanks to all the clergy who attended and to his very supportive neighbours, friends and patients, also Eddie and Ms Eileen Ryan, the gravediggers and the undertakers. Many thanks to the organist and choir. We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted in grateful appreciation. Masses have been offered for your intentions and Anniversary Mass is at Thurles Cathedral, 12.15 o'clock tomorrow (Sunday, November 6.)
