LEWIS (Dublin) - February 15, 2005 (suddenly), at home, Thomas Edward (Tom); dearly beloved husband and best friend of Joan (née Hannon); deeply regretted by his loved and loving sons Derek, Don and Brian, his daughters-in-law Bernie and Patricia, his grandchildren David, Amy, Sarah, Matthew and Jonathan, nephews, nieces, extended family and his wide circle of friends. Funeral Service tomorrow (Friday) at 11 o'clock in St Matthew's Church, Irishtown, afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
