RING (Dermot, "Jock") (Ballybough) - The family of the late Dermot Ring would like to express heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss, especially to all his friends, relations and neighbours who came to our house, to the funeral Mass and burial and who sent floral tributes and Mass Cards. Thanks to Fr. Liam Rigney, Fr. Martin Ryan, Fr. Brian Lawless, Fr. Ivan Tonge and Fr. Michael Casey for their personal contributions to the removal and funeral Mass which were also made special by Peter O'Driscoll and the church choir. A special mention for Dermot's friend and G.P. of many years, Doctor Tomás Houlihan; to the carer team of Anita Ennis, Geraldine Kenny and Pat Walshe who looked after Dermot in his home where he died and to Dr. Sean Gaine and his colleagues in the Mater Hospital. Also special thanks to the Gardaí from Fitzgibbon Street and Store Street for organising the funeral escort to Glasnevin and to Commandant Joe Houlihan for arranging and leading the military colour party. Ba mhaith leis an teaghlach ár mbuíochas ó chroí a chur in iúl do chairde agus do chomharsana Dhiarmuid a rinne comhbhrón linn de bharr ár gcailliúna. Aireoimid go léir uainn é ach cuimhneoimid go dil air freisin. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions. Month's Mind Mass at 12 o'clock this Sunday afternoon in St. Agatha's Church, North William Street.
