McDONAGH (Crestwood, Coolough Road, Galway, formerly St Lawrence Road, Clontarf, Dublin and Rocklands, Tramore, Co. Waterford) - November 30, 2006, Desmond Joseph (Des), dearly beloved husband of Bernadette (Bernie), and much loved father of David and Jackie; deeply mourned and sadly missed by his loving family, sisters and brother, Mary, Noel, Anne and Clare, son-in-law Liam, grandchildren Caoimhe and Conor, extended family and friends. Funeral Mass today (Saturday) at 12 Noon in the Church of the Resurrection, Ballinfoyle, Headford Road, Galway. Des's body will be donated to N.U.I.G. for medical research according to his wishes. No flowers please."May his gentle soul rest in peace".
