MURPHY (John Crolly) (Jack) (March 4, 2005) - On this, Jack's first anniversary, his wife Eileen, children Aine (Gill), Fergus and Niall and their families, his brothers and their families, wish to thank all those who sympathised with them at the time of Jack's death. In particular, to Fr Tim Flynn OSM for the removal service, funeral Mass and burial that he made so personal to Jack. A special word of thanks to Goretti and Gemma Newell for providing such beautiful music; to all the doctors, nurses and health carers who took care of Jack, in particular Professor O'Neill and Professor Keogh and their teams at Tallaght Hospital; to all those who travelled long distances to be with us and everyone who attended the removal, funeral Mass and burial, sent letters, Mass Cards and flowers, we as a family are overwhelmed by your support, kindness and generosity; to our extended family, friends and neighbours who were and continue to be, such a source of support to us. Please accept this as an acknowledgement of our sincere thanks to you all. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for all your intentions."Peace at last."
