CUSACK (Echo Gate, Dublin Road, Trim, Co. Meath) - May 15, 2007 (peacefully), at St James's Hospital, Dublin, John, much loved and devoted husband of Marie and loving father of Denise, Aoife, Jonathan and Kate; will be greatly missed by his loving family, brother Laurance, sisters Catriona, Rita, Rosaleen, Joan and Laura, aunts, mother-in-law Laura, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, staff, colleagues and a wide circle of friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at his home today (Wednesday) from 3 o'clock Funeral Mass tomorrow (Thursday) at 11 o'clock in St Patrick's Church, Trim, followed by burial in St Loman's Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to St James's Hospital Cancer Research, c/o Heffernans Funeral Directors, Trim.
