NORMAN (Frederick) (Fred) (January 16, 2005) - dearly loved and sadly missed. Barbara, Jane, Alison, Stuart and Jonathan and the extended family wish to express sincere thanks to all who sympathised with and supported us with such great kindness through our sad loss of dearest Fred.
