O'SULLIVAN (née Shepherd) (Katherine Elizabeth) (Kate) (late of Penrith, Cumbria and Dublin 8) - May 18, 2007 (suddenly), in the I.C.U., Mater Hospital Dublin. Dearly loved and missed by her husband Pat, children Carol and James, daughter-in-law Michelle, grandson Avner, brothers Charlie and Bill, and her many friends. Removal tomorrow (Tuesday) to St Patrick's Cathedral for a funeral service at 11 o'clock followed by cremation at Mount Jerome. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to a charity of your choice.

O'SULLIVAN Kate (née Shepherd) (May 18, 2007) - Kate's family wish to express our deepest gratitude to all who knew her for their support and sympathy since her sudden death this time last year. We were especially moved by the many friends who travelled long distances to attend the funeral. We would also like to thank the staff of the Accident and Emergency and Intensive Care units at the Mater Hospital for their care and kindness. At this sad time for us all, the support of so many friends and colleagues has greatly comforted us.
