O'LOUGHLIN Jim (James P.) Greystones, Co. Wicklow. died Jan 3, 2011. Anne is deeply grateful to Jim's family, her own Farrelly family and close friends for their love and support since the death of her beloved husband Jim. Sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with me at the time of the Jim's death, to all who attended the funeral Mass particularly those who travelled long distances to be there and to those who sent flowers, Mass cards, messages and letters of condolence. The support of Fr. Dermod McCarthy and our current and former colleagues and friends in RTÉ was and is very much appreciated. Special thanks to the medical teams who cared for Jim during his final illness Dr. John Doherty and the staff of Sligo General Hospital, Dr. Peter Crean and the staff of the Blackrock Clinic and Dr. Brendan Cuddihy GP Greystones. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this Acknowledgement as a token of my deep gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
