CONNOLLY Patrick R.I.P. Late of Shanboley Road died, September 2008 - Today, when we would have celebrated Pat's 90th birthday, Teresa and family wish to thank all those who sympathised on the loss of a dear husband, dad and granddad. Thank you to the many who attended Pat's removal and funeral Mass, to those who sent Mass cards, floral tributes and letters of sympathy. A special thank you to Fr. Michael Carey Adm. and Fr. Joe Kennedy (Garda Chaplain) for a very meaningful funeral Mass, also our gratitude to the sacristan, The Bethany Group and the staff of the Parish Centre, Church of the Holy Child Whitehall. We would like to thank management and staff of Bank of Ireland, Aon and NCR for their support and sympathy. To all in Beaumont Hospital - Dr Ciaran Donegan, Dr Deepak Gopinatham and the team, the Staff of Whitworth Ward, St. John's Day Ward and The Colman Byrne Unit and St. Joseph's Hospital, Raheny, for the care they gave Pat for many years, he was always grateful to them himself. To all at Swords Nursing Home for the homely care they gave Pat and Teresa. Our gratitude to David Hall, Lifeline Ambulance Service for his kindness to Pat and to Lanigan Funeral Home, Beaumont Road for the dignified funeral service. To An Garda Síochána, Pat's former colleagues and to the Gardai who escorted Pat to his final resting place. In lieu of personal acknowledgements Teresa and family will have the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass offered in gratitude and remembrance and a donation will be made to charity. If we left anybody out please forgive us. Thank you - Teresa, Catherine (Allen), Gay, Dec, Aidan and family.May God bless us all.
