GROVES (Annie) (Nan) (née Young) (Walkinstown, Dublin and formerly of Ballydehob, Co. Cork) - April 2, 2006, in her 90th year (peacefully), at home, in the tender, devoted and loving care of her family, after a long illness borne with great humour and dignity, cherished wife and best friend of the late John and devoted and precious darling Mum to David, Philip, Heather and Shirley; re-united with John in Heaven and very sadly missed by her loving heartbroken family, brother Robert, sister Leita (Groves), special and dearest friend Marie, daughters- in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and her many friends and neighbours. Reposing at home. Funeral Service tomorrow (Tuesday) at 11 o'clock in St Mary's Church, Crumlin; afterwards to Esker Cemetery, Lucan. Family flowers only; donations, if desired, to Mercers Institute for Research in Aging, c/o Dr J.B. Walsh, St James's Hospital. She touched and inspired all who knew her."With Christ which is far better."
