(Jack) - November 2, 2005 (suddenly), after a prolonged illness, in St Michael's Hospital, beloved husband of Terry, father of Denise, Adrienne, Mark (deceased), Greg, Paula and Norma and grandfather to his nine grandchildren; sadly missed by all his relatives and friends. Reposing at Carnegies Funeral Home, The Crescent, Monkstown from 10 o'clock tomorrow (Saturday). Removal to Church of the Holy Family, Kill-O The Grange, arriving at 5 o'clock tomorrow (Saturday) evening. Funeral on Monday after 10 o'clock Mass to Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Parkinsons Association: 1800 359 359.
