THUNDER

THUNDER (Maureen P. and Liam J.) (Courtlands, Griffith Avenue, Dublin 9) (April 27, 2006 and September 24, 2006) - Patricia, Niall and Mary Thunder, relatives of the late Liam and Maureen, would like to thank all those who sympathised with them during their recent bereavements. A kind word of thanks to all our relatives, friends and neighbours who called to the funeral home, or to our home; those who sent Mass Cards, attended the removals and funeral Masses, particularly those who travelled long distances. We wish to acknowledge the great care and attention Liam received from the Sisters of Mercy, doctors, nurses, caring staff of St Anne's Unit at the Mater Hospital and also the care and attention Maureen received in St Brigid's Ward at Beaumont Hospital. We are also deeply grateful to the local clergy Fr William King P.P., Canon Erill O'Connor, Fr Lorcan O'Brien C.C. who attended at the removal and who celebrated the funeral Mass. A special word of thanks to the organist James and singer Jacinta Scully for their beautiful music and singing at both Liam and Maureen's funerals. We would also like to thank Lanigan's Funeral Undertakers for their professionalism, helpfulness and dignified handling of the funerals. As it is not posisble to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere gratitude and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions. The Month's Mind Mass for Liam will take place in Holy Cross Church, Tramore on Sunday, October 29, 2006 at 12 o'clock, and burial of ashes will take place afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.May they both rest in peace.
