CONNOLLY Colm (Monkstown, Co. Dublin, who died October 25, 2007) - On the First Anniversary of Colm's death, his wife Ursula, daughters Susan and Jill, son David and their families would like to thank all those who sympathised with us at the time of Colm's death. Sincere thanks to those who sent Mass Cards, letters and flowers and to all who attended the funeral Mass. Our special thanks to the Dialysis Unit and I.C.U, at St. Vincent's Hospital, for their care of Colm during his illness. We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.
