NESDALE (Joseph P.) - On the first anniversary of Joe's death his wife Carmen, son Michael, daughters Claire Louise and Gemma and extended family wish to extend our sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with and supported us while Joe was unwell and since his passing. We acknowledge with gratitude the unwavering support and kindness of our friends and neighbours. We are truly thankful to all those who called to our home and paid their respects, attended Joe's removal and requiem mass, sent mass cards, floral tributes and letters of sympathy and to the many who travelled long distances to be with us. A special thanks to all the staff at the Beaumont Hospital, Mercy Hospital and the Marymount Hospice who cared so attentively for Joe throughout his illness. We are indebted to the Motor Neurone Disease Association who so generously supported Joe and our family during this time. We wish to extend particular thanks to Bishop John Buckley for his prayerful presence at Joe's removal, Fr. Tom Clancy and to all the other priests who celebrated the Requiem Mass. Sincere thanks also to Patrick Killeen and the Dennehy's Cross Choir for their beautiful singing. We hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our gratitude and appreciation. The Holy sacrifice of the mass has been offered for your intentions.
