O'BRIEN (Terence) (Toureen, Ballysimon, Limerick) (Died October 13, 2005) - On Terry's first anniversary, his wife Gertie and daughter Sarah wish to express sincere thanks to our wonderful relatives, friends and neighbours who supported us at the time of, and since his death. We extend our deep appreciation to those who attended his removal Service, funeral Mass and burial, in particular those who travelled long distances. Thank you to those who called to our home, sent Mass Cards, letters of sympathy and those who made donations to the Oncology Unit. We would especially like to thank Fr Micheál Hickey, P.P., for his many visits to Terry at home and in hospital, and for making the funeral Mass so personal and special. Our thanks also to Fr Patrick Currivan, Fr Gerard Coleman, Fr Pat Raleigh, Fr Donal O'Dea and Fr Pat McGrath who concelebrated the Mass. Thank you to Breda Power and Tom Ryan for their lovely singing and music. Our thanks also to Fr Tom Hearne and the representatives of Cashel and Emly Lourdes Diocesan pilgrimage and St.Vincent's Centre, Lisnagry. Thank you to Cross's Funeral Directors, Limerick for their help and professionalism. We acknowledge with gratitude the excellent care and kindness shown by Dr Perera, her team and all the staff in the Oncology Unit of the Mid-Western Regional Hospital, Limerick. Our thanks to Dr Pat Kelly, GP and his helpful secretary, Rose Sheehan. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who prayed for us and helped in any way during a difficult time, and to those who have shared their memories of our beloved Terry with us, since his death. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
