HITCHENS (Carrigaline) - On December 20, 2008 (peacefully) in the presence of her family. Jackie, beloved wife of the late, Alf, darling mother of Chris and Jan, much adored grandmother of Carrah, Aimie, Marc, Alex, Annik, loving great-grandmother of Elyse. Will be greatly missed by her brother Pete, sister-in-law Doule, sons-in-law Ray and Nick, relatives and a wide circle of friends. Reposing at her home. Reception into Holy Trinity Church, Crosshaven today (Tuesday) at 1.30 o'clockockand thence to The Islands Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to Mengo Hospital, Kampala, Uganda or care of O'Connor Bros, Northgate Bridge, Cork. The family would like to thank all her carers and the Mercy Hospital for the wonderful care to Jackie.
