CUSACK (Barry) (formerly of Ballyja-mesduff) - (peacefully), after a short ill-ness in H™pital St. Luke, Brussels on July 22, 2007; sadly missed by his wife Caro-lyn, his daughter Alexandra and his grand-daughter Cate and by his sisters Annette, Mary, Clare and Elizabeth and his brothers Andrew and Paddy, also much regretted by Carolyn's wider family in both England and New Zealand (including her father, John Gard'ner) and Barry's own extended family and friends. Requiem Mass in St. Joseph's Church in Ballyjamesduff at 11 o'clock on (Saturday) morning followed by bu-rial in Ballyjamesduff Cemetery. No flow-ers please. Donations if desired to M.S So-ciety of Ireland. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Brussels.
