O'FARRELL (née Byrne) (Joy) (died Tuesday, September 6, 2005) - A Memorial Mass will be celebrated in the Chapel of St Vincent's University Hospital, Elm Park, Dublin 4 on Monday, December 5, 2005 at 5 o'clock Joy's family would like to express their deep gratitude to the staff of St Vincent's Hospital, Private Hospital and Caritas Nursing Home for their sensitive and dedicated care for Joy during her final illness. They would also like to thank her friends, colleagues, neighbours and the many people whom Joy knew and touched throughout her life, for their support, prayers and messages of sympathy.
