TORSNEY (Gerard) (Gerry) (New York and Rathgar, Dublin 6) (Died April 29, 2006) - On this the first anniversary of Gerry's death, his brothers Denis and Tim, together with their families wish to express their deep appreciation to all those who sympathised with them at the time of Gerry's death. Sincere thanks to Dr Bellman and his staff and to the staff of St Vincent's Hospital, New York. We are grateful also to all those who attended the funeral Service in New York and the Memorial Service in the Burlington Hotel, and especially to relations who travelled from Sligo and Tipperary. We would like to acknowledge his friends over the years from Coulson Avenue, Marian College, L&H Society and Young Fine Gael in U.C.D.; Department of Foreign Affairs, Arthur Cox & Co., the Law Society and many others whose company Gerry enjoyed so much. To all those who sympathised, we are deeply grateful.
