FITZPATRICK (Dublin and formerly Newry, Co. Down) - May 25, 2009, Philip, Retired Director Menswear Buyer, Brown Thomas, unexpectedly after a short illness borne with great dignity in the tender loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff of Tallaght Hospital, surrounded by his loving family; beloved husband of the late Mary. Sadly missed by his sons John and Kerril, adoring grandchildren Philipp and David, brothers Frank and Austin, sisters Angela and Kathleen, brother-in-law Dr. Pat, sisters-in-law Patricia and Margaret, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, friends and colleagues in the international business community. R.I.P. Removal today (Thursday) to Holy Rosary Church, Harold's Cross arriving at 5.30 p.m. Funeral tomorrow (Friday) after Mass at 10 o'clock to Mount Jerome Cemetery."Always a perfect gentleman".
