WALSH (Francis) (Frank) (Butterfield Avenue, Dublin 14) - His wife, sons, daughters and extended family wish to thank most sincerely all those who attended Frank's removal, Mass and funeral; all who sent Mass Cards, Everlasting gifts, letters, telephone calls and who called to the family home; also our many friends and neighbours. To all who travelled long distances to attend the removal and funeral; all who sent donations to the Cancer Research Unit at St James's Hospital, we thank you. To Prof. Peter Daly, his team and all the doctors, nurses and staff of St James's Hospital for their care and dedication to Frank over the past seven years, we are most grateful. A special word of thanks to Fr Gerry Kane P.P., who attended Frank during his final days; to Fr Cormac McIlreath, Fr Sean O'Neill, Fr Rory O'Donnell for their attendance at his removal and funeral. To Helen and all the Hospice nurses from Harold's Cross; to Susie and the Public Health nurses and Dr David Coffey, Dr P. O'Domhnaill and all others who cared for and made Frank's last days as comfortable as possible, thank you. To the Captains, officers and members of Newlands Golf Club and the Grocer's Golfing Society we appreciate your support and the pleasure you gave to Frank for many years. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this as a token of our sincere gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
