MacCONVILLE, PHELIM (Sandyford, Dublin, died March 16, 2009) - On the occasion of Phelim's First Anniversary his sons Brendan, Tiernan and Brian, his daughters Patricia and Ita and their partners and children would like to thank everyone for their support throughout the last year. We appreciate hugely the care and comfort he received from Kiltipper Woods Nursing Home, the medical staff in Tallaght Hospital, his own doctor, John Hastings and his parish priest, Fr. Éamann Cahill. Dad enjoyed a long, full and happy life in the company of his family and his many friends. We thank you all for sharing your wonderful memories of our Dad with us. He now rests in peace with his beloved wife, Nuala.
