SEGRAVE (Austin) (Died June 23rd, 2006) - His wife Ann, family and extended family thank sincerely the friends and wonderful neighbours at the time of Aus-tin's sad loss, for the warm sympathy, kindness and memories of Austin which we heard. The friends who prepared for his last homecoming with such care shall nev-er be forgotten. Heartfelt thanks to Father Michael Hurley P.P Our Lady's Nativity Church, Leixlip, for his gracious words and visits to home at the time. To Father Ngoussa, and Holy Ghost Fathers who concelebrated the Funeral Mass. To our lovely choir led by Sìle Duffy, their sing-ing was a fitting tribute to Austin, and to Ann Macken for beautiful music. Special thanks to Doctors Michael and Fergal Han-lon, Leixlip who have given such faithful attention to Austin over a long period. To the caring staff of Unit 4 Rehab in Con-nolly Hospital, and the staff of the Mill Lane Manor Nursing Home, Naas who were so attentive to Austin - sincere thanks. Appreciation to all who travelled to be with us, to accompany Austin on his last journey to Church and Cemetery. A warm thanks to Cunningham's Funeral Di-rectors for their tremendous courtesy and kindness throughout. Special thanks to Austin's nephew, Austin and his wife Anne for their constant support. To all family members, Mass has been offered for all your intentions.
Eternal happiness to my dear Austin
