LEWIS (Ian) (Died November 20, 2004) - Ida, Alan and Nicola would like to express sincere appreciation to all those who sympathised with us on the tragic and sudden death of our beloved Ian. We were overwhelmed by the incredible support we received at Ian's funeral and even more by those who sent Mass cards, letters and floral tributes. They just reiterated what a fantastic husband and father he was to us; a true gentleman, who was respected everywhere he travelled. A special word of thanks to the Rev. Gillian Wharton who arranged Ian's funeral Service in Christchurch Cathedral. It was conducted so beautifully. Sport has been in our blood all our lives and we would also like to thank all of those who have been a continuing help to us all. In particular all those at YMCA Cricket Club, Carrickmines Golf Club, Wanderers Football Club and St Andrews College. We would also like to thank all our neighbours and friends who have continued to console us in our grief. Our love of him will last forever.
