DOHERTY (Maura) (Foxrock Avenue, Dublin) - Maura's husband Ray and her children Lorraine, Philip, Lisa and John Hughie, would like to express their sincere gratitude to all those who provided such wonderful support and comfort around the difficult time of Maura's illness and death. We would like to thank everyone who supported us including those who called at her home, telephoned, emailed, sent text messages, Mass or sympathy cards and flowers, and those who attended the removal of remains or the funeral. Particular thanks is due to Fr Paul Ward who celebrated the funeral and also to the nursing and medical staff in I.T.U. and St Joseph's Ward, St Vincents Hospital, who provided such good care to Maura during her last days. It is impossible to thank everyone individually so we hope this Acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our deep appreciation. Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated for Maura on Saturday September 3, at 12 noon, in the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock, Dublin.
