KIERAN, Gerry (Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin and late of Inniskeen, Co. Monaghan) - July 28, 2010, peacefully, at Blackrock Clinic, after a long illness; beloved husband of Doreen (née Harrison); devoted father to Patricia and the late Geraldine; adored Pa to his treasured grandsons Joshua and Ben; deeply regretted by his brother Sean, son-in-law Brian and many relatives and friends. Removal today (Friday) from Carnegie's Funeral Home, Monkstown Crescent, to the Church of St Thérèse, Mount Merrion, arriving at 5.30 p.m. Funeral tomorrow (Saturday) after 10 a.m. Mass to Shanganagh Cemetery. House private. Family flowers only, please. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Blackrock Clinic, in particular the Florence Nightingale Unit, for the kindness, compassion and care extended to Gerry and his family.
