BOURKE (Cork and Kilkenny) - August 13, 2010 (peacefully) after 90 years at home in the loving care of his family. Frank (Lee Road and formerly of Bourkes Pharmacy, Mayfield); dearly loved husband of Delma (née Kelly) and much loved father of Barry, Mandy, Sally, Lorna, Melissa, and Frank; sadly missed by his loving wife and family, sister Miriam, brother Donal, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Requiem Mass at 2.00 o'c today (Monday) in the Sacred Heart Church, Western Road, funeral afterwards to St. James Cemetery, Chetwynd. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. House Private.May He Rest In Peace

On the First Anniversary of Frank's passing, his wife Delma and his family, Barry, Mandy, Sally, Lorna, Melissa and Frank offer their sincere thanks to all our friends and neighbours who attended his funeral Mass and removal to the Sacred Heart Church; sent Mass cards and messages of sympathy and support. A special word of thanks to the Marymount Hospice Specialist Nurses in palliative care and Irish Cancer Society night nursing service who helped Frank's family take care of their father in his final illness. Please accept this Acknowledgement as a token of sincere appreciation and gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
