FLYNN, Dr Michael (Mick) (Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin) - August 28, 2008, after a devastatingly short illness. He was comforted by family, close friends and the loving care of the staff of Cara Unit, St Vincent's Private Hospital. He was the much loved husband of Tess, father of Michael, Judy, James and Stephen; deeply mourned by his daughter-in-law Rachael and grandson Jack, his sisters Timmie (Maurer), Mary, Ann and brother Stephen, sister-in-law Marion and brother-in-law Brian; and Pat and John. Deeply missed by colleagues and friends at Johnstown Medical Centre, extended family and a wide circle of friends and his faithful dog Henry. May he rest in peace. Reposing at Carnegies Funeral Home, 19 The Crescent, Monkstown from 9 o'clock on Monday morning next, with removal afterwards to St Patrick's Church, Monkstown arriving at 6 o'clock Funeral on Tuesday morning after 11 o'clock Mass to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Blackrock Hospice Home Care Team.
