HAYES, Thomas (Tom) (Shankill, Co. Dublin and formerly Oola, near Tipperary) - November 23, 2008, at St Columcille's Hospital, Loughlinstown, beloved husband of Anna, loving father of Trudy, Shane, Katy, Tadhg and Paddy, dear grandfather of Merlin, Louis, Tom, Ferdia, Annaliva, John, Róise and the late Baby Moya; he will be sadly missed by his extended family, Sheila, Tony, Peg and Noelle, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reception prayers this (Tuesday) evening at 5.30 o'clock in St Anne's Church, Shankill. Funeral tomorrow (Wednesday) after 10 o'clock Mass to Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Tom to St Vincent de Paul, Shankill."May he rest in peace".
