O'CONNOR (Monkstown, Co. Dublin) - July 27, 2010, peacefully at St. Vincent's Private Hospital. John J. beloved husband of Thelma, adored father of Camerin, very sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, mother-in-law Thelma (Snr), sisters Pauline and Mary, brothers Vincent and Eugene, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends. Removal today (Friday) from Quinn's of Glasthule to the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown, arriving at 9.50 o'c for 10 o'c Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. "May he rest in peace"

The manI was with was Bob Valvo and we knew John well. We lived in NYC 25 years. It was very sad .May God be with you and John and your family now. <p>MISSING YOU , LOVE, RON & VINNY .;</p> <p><br />Very regrettfully stuck at La Guardia airport in New York due to stormy weather . Myself and Ron Clarke both are gratefull for all the great times we have had together and are very sad not to be able to be there to show our love for John Thelma & Camerin . We know John can see the pair of us at the airport and hopefully sees a funny side of it . All our love and prayers ,Ron & Vinny .</p>
