LAWS, May (Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin); (died April 27, 2010). On the First Anniversary of May's death, her daughter Aisling, son-in-law Terry, grandchildren Eoin, Rosa and David, her sisters Eithne and Ena, sister-in-law Muriel and her extended family wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us and gave us support at the time of her illness and death. We wish to express our deep gratitude to friends, neighbours, colleagues and ex. colleagues and everyone who called or attended the removal from her home and funeral Mass, who travelled from abroad, or sent us Mass cards, letters or flowers. We would like to thank Dr. Karen Murphy and Dr. Tim McDonnell who cared for May with great expertise and kindness. We also appreciate the care, skill and affection she received from the nursing staff of St Vincent's Private Hospital. The Blackrock Hospice team was also very involved in her care and the Community Nurses, especially Una O'Neill. To Dr. Jim McShane we also send our sincere thanks for his dedication over the years. We also wish to thank Monsignor O'Connor who officiated at the removal, funeral and internment. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to you all. The kindness we experienced will never be forgotten. The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions. May was a wonderful mum, granny, sister, aunt and friend who is very sadly missed, but remembered every day with love and affection.
