CUSACK (née Phelan) (Tramore, Co. Waterford) - June 2, 2005 (peacefully) at her residence, Tramore Heights, Annie (Nan); dearly loved wife of the late Joe and loving Mother to the late Eileen and Noel; she will be greatly missed by her son, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great- grandson, nephews, nieces, their spouses, friends and neighbours. R.I.P. Requiem Mass this (Saturday) morning at 10 o'clock in the Holy Cross Church, Tramore. Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only; donations, if desired, to the Waterford Hospice Movement, c/o Waterford Regional Hospital.
