To all the staff concerned with Matthew's care, personal and special, in St John's Ward, I.C.U., T.C.U., Physiotherapy Department, Medical Engineering Department and Education and Occupational Therapy, in Crumlin Hospital. To Evelyn of Canteen, the Rehabilitation Centre, Paula and Stephanie of the Home Care Team, Maeve, Joan and Niamh from the Skerries Medical Centre, St Francis Hospice Raheny, Seamus Mulholland, Sarah and Jack Keane, particular thanks for all your care and attention. Fr Littleton, Sarah, Ruth and Rachel Gallan, Noreen Molloy, Noreen Gavin and the choir, Joe Lennon Funeral Director, for us you made the ceremony most memorable. To our families, especially Irene, Sinead and many cousins, Barbara and her family, Matthew's godparents Brendan and Bethia, Matthew's friends, our children's friends, our dear and valued friends, a special thank you for your love, support and kindness during this difficult time. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deep gratitude. Mass will be offered for your intentions. Go well.
