MURPHY, F.T. (Frank) (Galway and formerly of Old Quarry, Dalkey, Co. Dublin) (Retired Garda Supt.) - March 3, 2008 (peacefully), in the loving care of the staff of Pointe Boise Nursing Home, Salthill, Galway. Frank will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Nora (née Nee), sons Fr. James (Séamus) S.J., and Anthony, daughters Barbara and Marie, grandsons Shane and Brian, son-in-law Seán, sisters Sheila and Eithne, many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway today (Wednesday) from 4.30 p.m. with removal at 6 p.m. to the Church of Christ the King, Salthill. Funeral after 12 Noon Mass tomorrow (Thursday) to Rahoon Cemetery. No flowers please, donations in memory of Frank to Trócaíre."Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dilís".
