MARKEY (née McAvinue) (Glaspistol House, Clogherhead) - January 30, 2010 (peacefully), at her home, Olga, dearly loved wife of the late Charles; she will be very sadly missed by her children Charles, Mary (Kerr) (Australia), Mark, Andrew and Ruth, daughters-in-law Hazel and Andrea, son-in-law Padraic, grandchildren Patrick, Eamonn, Liam, Allanah, Enya and Lily, her brother Frank, sisters- in-law, nieces, nephews and many friends. May she rest in peace. Removal from her home today (Tuesday) at 11.30 o'clock to St Michael's Church, Clogherhead arriving for Mass at 12 o'clock Funeral afterwards to St Denis's Cemetery, Clogherhead. Donations if desired to Irish Cancer Society, C/o Charles Markey, Glaspistol, Clogherhead."The Lord saw that she was tired
and called her home to sleep".

On the occasion of Olga's First Anniversary, Olga's family, sons Charles, Mark and Andrew, daughters Mary and Ruth wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with and supported us in every way in our sad loss. Your kindness was a great comfort to us and a wonderful tribute to Olga who is so dearly missed. Olga's first anniversary Mass will be celebrated on Sunday January 30, 2011 in St. Michael's Church, Clogherhead at 12 noon.Requiescat in pace.
